1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI Powered Community membership service (“the Service”), operated by Netco Robo (“we,” “us,” or “the Organization”) at aipoweredcommunity.pro and members.aipoweredcommunity.pro. By creating an account or paying for a membership, you agree to these Terms.
2. Membership and Payment
Membership of the AI Powered Community costs USD $20.00 per month after a 30-day free trial. Your first 30 days are free of charge. Starting on the day after your trial ends, your card on file will be charged USD $20.00 every 30 days, automatically, until you cancel. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see, store, or have access to your card number.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time from your member home page or by contacting us. If you cancel during the 30-day free trial, you will not be charged. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current 30-day billing cycle, and you will not be billed again. Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep that information up to date. You may not share your account, sell access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to treat each other and our staff with respect. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that engages in harassment, fraud, abusive behavior, or any activity that harms other members, the Service, or the community.
6. Acceptable Use
The Service is provided for personal use by individual members. You agree not to copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell the Service or its content, and you agree not to attempt to interfere with the Service's operation or security.
7. Changes to the Service
We may update, expand, or modify the Service over time as the AI Powered Community grows. We will give reasonable advance notice of any material changes that affect existing members.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
